About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Translator & Cultural Adaptation Specialist to join our team of global communicators. You will partner with our clients to ensure their message remains authentic, accurate, and culturally resonant across five or more markets.
What You’ll Do:
- Translate and localize complex documents, marketing campaigns, and technical manuals with a focus on “native” feel rather than literal accuracy.
- Conduct cultural consultation to adapt brand voice and messaging for specific regional audiences.
- Collaborate with local teams and clients to ensure every solution aligns with their goals and context.
- Maintain a 98% client satisfaction standard through rigorous quality assurance and thoughtful delivery.
Who You Are:
- A native speaker with deep expertise in at least two major languages and the cultural nuances of their regions.
- Experienced in localization and transcreation, not just standard translation.
- Adept at working with global logistics, healthcare, or legal sectors (experience in these fields is a plus).
- You treat every project as if you were adding a “global communications team overnight” for the client.
