About the Role:
Fluency is dedicated to helping individuals and teams communicate confidently across languages. We are looking for an experienced Language Training Specialist to lead our in-person training programs for businesses, corporate teams, and government agencies.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and deliver engaging, in-person language training sessions tailored to specific industry needs (e.g., business negotiation, healthcare terminology, diplomatic communication).
- Assess client needs and develop customized curriculum that aligns with their organizational goals.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure students achieve fluency and cultural confidence.
- Collaborate with our sales and account management teams to identify new training opportunities.
Who You Are:
- A certified language instructor with experience in corporate or government training environments.
- Skilled in creating immersive learning environments that go beyond the classroom.
- Passionate about helping professionals overcome language barriers to succeed in global markets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
